Use of Services

By engaging with our services, you agree to provide accurate project information and cooperate as needed to complete design, production, and installation processes. All signage projects require an approved quotation and deposit prior to the commencement of fabrication. Deposit amounts may vary depending on project scope, material requirements, and scheduling conditions. Production timelines will not begin until all approvals and required deposits have been received.

Project Scope & Estimates

All proposals and estimates are based on the information provided at the time of quoting. Changes in scope, materials, timelines, or site conditions may result in additional costs or adjustments.

Design & Production

Design concepts, drawings, and specifications remain the property of Niles Signage Solutions until full payment is received. Final approvals are required before production begins. Clients are responsible for reviewing all proofs for accuracy.

Artwork Approvals

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork proofs, layouts, dimensions, spelling, and placement details prior to fabrication. Once artwork has been approved, any requested revisions may result in additional charges, production delays, or change orders. Niles Signage Solutions or its agents are not responsible for errors or omissions contained within approved artwork files.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials produced remain the intellectual property of Niles Signage Solutions unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Fabrication & Lead Times

Estimated fabrication and delivery timelines are based on current production schedules, material availability, and project conditions at the time of approval. Production timelines may be impacted by material shortages, shipping delays, client revisions, site readiness issues, or circumstances outside of our control.

Projected timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Installation & Compliance

We coordinate with contractors, architects, and project managers to support proper installation. While we aim to meet all ADA and code requirements, final compliance may depend on site conditions and third-party execution.

Field Conditions & Installation Limitations

Installation pricing is based upon the assumption that installation surfaces and jobsite conditions are properly prepared and accessible at the scheduled installation time.

Niles Advertising & Display Solutions reserves the right to suspend installation activities if jobsite conditions are deemed unsafe or unsuitable for installation.

Change Orders

Any revisions, additions, scope modifications, or customer-requested changes after project approval may require a written change order and additional charges. Change orders may impact project timelines, fabrication schedules, and installation dates.

Customer-Supplied Artwork

Niles Signage Solutions is not responsible for the accuracy, usability, scaling, resolution quality, trademark ownership, or production compatibility of customer-supplied artwork files. Additional design or file preparation charges may apply if artwork requires modification prior to production.

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, final payment is due prior to delivery or installation completion. Late payments may result in project delays, suspension of services, or additional administrative fees.

Limitation of Liability

Warranty

Warranty coverage applies only to defects in workmanship or materials provided directly by Niles Signage Solutions. Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by misuse, vandalism, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or environmental conditions beyond normal wear.

Site Access & Scheduling

Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to installation areas during scheduled installation times. Delays caused by restricted access, unavailable elevators, security restrictions, or occupied workspaces may result in additional labor or rescheduling charges.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services or website constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

These terms are governed by applicable laws and regulations within the United States.
